At FixMyPhone, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, incorrect order placement, etc.), return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
