At FixMyPhone, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for.

  • The order is cancelled before shipment.

  • The returned product meets the requirements specified in our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by law or received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Gift cards and vouchers

  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used

If approved, your refund will be processed according to the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that the time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on:

  • Payment gateway

  • UPI or digital wallet provider

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

  • Products returned with missing parts or accessories

  • Products showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection

  • Products returned without original packaging where applicable

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted and applicable.

  • If an incorrect or defective item was supplied by us, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

9. Order Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch are generally eligible for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped may not be cancelled and will be subject to the Return Policy.
